THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on September 13 , 1988 by , the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson & Schroder
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 88/728
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 6555, West
Pittsburg Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the
improvements in Subdivision 6555 have been completed as provided
in the Subdivision Agreement with Kaufman and Broad of Northern
California, Inc. heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction
with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
The Public Works Department having also notified this Board
that these improvements have been completed with the exception of
minor deficiencies, for which a $423.67 cash deposit (Auditor's
Deposit Permit No. 144156, dated August 8, 1988) was made by
Kent's Oil Service to insure correction of out of spec reclamite
placement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of September 13, 1988 thereby establishing the
six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of
action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no one year warranty
period required, and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to
refund the $1, 000 cash security for performance (Auditor's
Deposit Permit No. 111820, dated July 29, 1986) plus interest in
accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to
Kaufman and Broad of Northern California, Inc. pursuant to the
requirements of the Ordinance Code.

an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
