SUBJECT: RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE, NOTICE OF COMPLETION W
JOHNSON & BENEKE, INC. , CONTRACT 32250
This Board as the Board of Directors of the'Contra Costa County Fire Protection/
District on March 1, 1985, contracted with]Johnson & Beneke, Inc. , for performing
discing work in connection with the weed abatement program of the Contra Costa
County Fire Protection District, Contract 32250, for work to be performed CA
within the District; and W

Fire Chief William F. Maxfield reports that said work has been inspected and
complies with the approved plans, .special provisions, and standard specifications
for the fourth year of this three-year contract, extended 9/22/87, (bid price of
$111,080.00) and recommends its acceptance as complete as of November 1, 1988.
Therefore., said work is accepted as completed on said date, and the Clerk shall
file with the County Recorder a copy of the Resolution and Notice as _a Notice of
Completion for said contract.

CERTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution and
acceptance duly adopted and entered on the minutes of this Board's meeting on the
above date.
