ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 88/5
SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for
Subdivision 6797, Alamo Area.
The following documents were presented for Board approval
this date:
The Final Map of Subdivision 6797, property located in the
Alamo area, said map having been certified by the proper officials.
A Subdivision Agreement with Thayer and Holt Inc. , subdivider,
whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required
in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said
agreement.
Said documents were accompanied by:
I. Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage
improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance
Code, as follows:
A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 129884,
dated September 17, 1987) in the amount of $1, 000
made by Thayer and Holt, Inc.
B. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety
bond dated September 2 , 1987, and issued by Developers
Insurance Company (Bond No. 9453815) with Thayer
and Holt, Inc. as principal, in the amount of $69, 200
for - faithful performance and $34, 600 for labor
and materials.
II. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there
are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property
included in said map and that the 1987-88 tax lien has
been paid in full.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together
with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED
to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also
APPROVED.

RESOLUTION NO. 88/6
SUBJECT: Approval of the Drainage Improvement Agreement for
Subdivision 6797, Alamo Area.
The following document was presented for Board approval this
date for Subdivision 6797, property located in the Alamo area.
A Drainage Improvement Agreement with Thayer and Holt, Inc. ,
developer, whereby said developer agrees to complete all improvements
as required in said Drainage Improvement Agreement .within one year
from the date of said. agreement. Improvements generally consist of
approximately 510 lineal feet of 84 inch cast-in-place pipe with
related drainage facilities.
Said document was accompanied by the following:
Security to guarantee the completion of drainage improvements
as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows:
A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 130713 , dated
October 7, 1987) in the amount of $1, 000, made by Thayer
and Holt, Inc.
B. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety
bond dated December 15, 1987, and issued by Developers
Insurance Company (Bond No. 950929-S) with Thayer and
Holt, Inc. as principal, in the amount of $138 , 000 for
faithful performance and $69, 500 for labor and materials.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said Drainage Improvement
Agreement is APPROVED.
