RESOLUTION NO. 87/629
RESOLUTION CLOSING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FUNDS
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa
resolves:
The Contra Costa County Auditor-Controller has maintained
the funds listed hereinbelow in connection with local special
assessment proceedings conducted by - the County of Contra Costa, and
no claims upon these funds have been made by any person.
The Auditor-Controller is authorized and directed to close
the following accounts-: and to transfer the balances therein to. the
County General Fund:

Pursuant to Section 10427. 1 of the Streets and Highways Code
(Municipal Improvement Act of 1913) , the Auditor-Controller is
hereby directed to also close Fund 4672 (A.D. 1969-1) and Fund
4673 (A.D. 1973-4) , and to transfer the amounts in said funds
to the County General Fund since the balances remaining in -
these funds is less than $1 , 000. 00.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board -of Supervisors �of the County of
Contra Costa, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof,
