This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act
(Gov. C. SS 56000-57550) .
This proposal is for an annexation of the subject territory
to County Service Area L-100, and the purpose of the proposed
change of organization is to allow efficient provision of lighting
service to the subject territory. The exterior boundaries of the
subject territory are as described in Exhibit A hereto.
The terms and conditions for the proposal , as specified by
the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that:
The boundaries of the annexation be as described in Exhibit
A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded
indebtedness of County Service Area L-100. The regular county
assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes and
assessments in the subject territory. -
After public hearing on this proposal, this Board hereby
approves and order this proposal , subject to the aforestated terms
and conditions .
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of
a resolution entered on the minutes of said Board of Supervisors on the date
aforesaid.

1912 in Map Book B, Page 187, in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Contra Costa, State of California, described as follows: A portion of Lot 3.
as shown on that certain Map entitled "Subdivision 6415: filed December 14,
1984, in Book 286 of Maps, Page 3, Contra Costa Records, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeastern corner of Lot 2 as shown on said Map
entitled "Subdivision 6415, thence from said point of beginning South 74012'06"
West, 129.99 feet to the westerly line of a 10 foot strip of land described as a
10 foot Huston Road widening on said Map 6415, thence along said line South
13°351371-E, 210.45 feet, thence South 74°15'29" West, 20.01 feet to the cen-
ter line of Huston Road, thence along said center line North 13°35'37" East,
318.43 feet, thence leaving said center line North 74°12106" East, 210 feet,
