CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on January 13 , 1987 , by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson and McPeak NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None men s SUBJECT: for Cancellation of Land ) Resolution No. 87/23 Conservation Contract #3-76 ) (1971-RZ) have been satisfied ) The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES, FINDS AND ORDERS THAT: On December 20, 1983, by Resolution No. 83/1259, the Board of Supervisors granted tenta- tive cancellation approval for Land Conservation Contract #3-76 in accordance with the California Land Conservation Act (Government Code Section 51282.1 et seq. ) . The subject property is located at the east end of Royal Oaks Drive in the Alamo area and is identified as Assessor's Parcel No. 193-190-003. On October 10, 1986 a Certification of Tentative Cancellation was recorded based on the Board's resolution. The certification identified specific conditions and contingencies that there be full payment of the cancellation fees and that landowner obtain approval for preliminary development plan. On October 28, 1986 evidence was received from the landowner, Seal Beach Business Center, providing notice that the conditions enumerated in the certificate of tentative cancellation have been satisfied. The landowner also requested that the Board execute a certificate of final cancellation. The Board finds that the fees have been paid and that the landowner has obtained the development plan approval necessary to commence the project; therefore, it hereby causes the attached Certificate of Cancellation of Contract to be executed and directs the Clerk of the Board to execute the same and record it in the Office of the County Recorder. The Board also directs the Clerk of the Board to provide copies of the recorded certifi- cate to the County Assessor, the Community Development Department, and Seal Beach Business Center.
