SUBJECT: In the Matter of Changing the Names of ACME STREET (Rd. #8075D) , RUBY STREET (Rd.
#8075C) , HOME STREET (Rd. #8075A) , CYPRESS ROAD (Rd. #8174, #8271A & #8271B) , and
BOLTON ROAD (Rd. #8277A) in the Oakley/Brentwood area .
Whereas this Board having hereto fore on December 16, 1986 declared its intention to change
the names of five roads in the Oakley/Brentwood area in Supervisorial District V; and
having fixed January 13, 1987, in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors, Administration
building, Martinez, California as the time and place for hearing on said resolution of
intention; and notice of said hearing having been posted in the manner and for the time
required by law, as evidence by Affidavit of Posting on December 30, 1986 on file herein;
and
Whereas this being the time fixed for said hearing and said Board having fully considered
said matter;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the names of said roads be as follows:

Acme Street From Norcross Lane to O'Hara Ave. West Acne Street
From O'Hara Avenue to Third St. East Acne Street
