RESOLUTION NO. 86/669
SUBJECT: Approval of a Substitute Subdivision Agreement, Subdivision MS
133-79, E1 Sobrante Area.
The following document was presented for Board approval this date:
A substitute Subdivision Agreement with Camilla Orr , subdivider ,
whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in
said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said
agreement;
Said document was accompanied by the following:
Security to guarantee the road and drainage improvements as required
by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows:
a. Cash deposit (Auditor' s Deposit Permit No. 37184, dated January
7, 1981) in the amount of $1 ,000, made by Warren R. and Barbara
A. Hoffbeck, assigned to Camilla Orr by notorized letter dated
October 8, 1985 from Warren R. and Barbara A. Hoffbeck.
b. Additional security in the form of a cash deposit (Auditor' s
Deposit Permit No. 115863, Dated October 31, 1986) in the amount
of $9,000 for faithful performance and $5,000 for labor and
materials made by Camilla Orr. 11
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said substitute Subdivision
Agreement is APPROVED.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Subdivision Agreement with Warren R.
and Barbara A. Hoffbeck, as approved by the Board on January 31 , 1981 , is
TERMINATED and the improvement security bond with Hartford Accident and
Indemnity Company is EXONERATED.
