THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on November 4, 1986 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION N0. 86/647
SUBJECT: Memorandum of Understanding for State Route 4 at Willow Pass Grade
Contra Costa County and the Department of Transportation have identified and
determined their responsibilities for the westbound lane improvement to State
Route 4 over Willow Pass Grade; and
The Department of Transportation has reviewed the Memorandum of Understanding
prepared by the County and requests the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors
execute the Memorandum of Understanding and forward it to the District for their
approval ; and
The Public Works Director has recommended the Board approve the Memorandum of
Understanding.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors hereby APPROVES the
Memorandum of Understanding for the westbound lane improvement to State Route 4
at Willow Pass Grade and AUTHORIZES the Chair to execute the Memorandum of
Understanding on behalf of the County.
