"Mt. Diablo Hospital Medical )
Center Week" ) RESOLUTION NO. 86/641
Mt. Diablo Hospital Medical Center staff of highly trained
professionals, utilizing the most advanced technology, is serving
the medical and health needs of over 500,000 persons in and
around Contra Costa County.
Founded in 1930, the Mt. Diablo Hospital Medical Center
maintains the highest standards of patient care and relies in
part on voluntary contributions to continue its comprehensive
services.
This institution is leading the way in new treatment
procedures and clinical applications that help save lives, and
since private giving is the keystone of the non-profit community
medical center, Mt. Diablo Medical Center depends upon public
support to continue its vital work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors,
that the week of November 10-15, 1986, be declared Mt. Diablo
Medical Center Week in Contra Costa County and that all citizens
be urged to give this worthwhile institution support and
interest.
PASSED and ADOPTED on October 28, 1986 by a unanimous vote
of the Board members present.
