HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 10211986 - 86-620 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on October 21 , 1986 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 86/620 ~ SUBJECT: Approval of the Road Improvement Agreement for Subdivision 5946, Oakley Area. The following document was presented for Board approval this date for Subdivision 5946, property located in the Oakley area. A Road Improvement Agreement with Hal Porter Development Company, Inc. , developer, whereby said developer agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Road Improvement Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement; Said document was accompanied by the following : Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: a. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 115068, dated October 14 , 1986) in the amount of $3 ,198 , made by Hal Porter Development. b. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond dated October 10„ 1986, and issued by Fairmont Insurance Company (Bond No. FB015508) with Hal Porter Development Company, Inc, as principal , in the amount of $316,602 for faithful performance and $159,900 for labor and materials. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said Road Improvement Agreement is APPROVED.
