APPROVING AMENDED PART I AND PART II OF
SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM
ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-468V
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa ("PHA")
desires to enter into an amended Annual Contributions Contract
("ACC") with the United States of America ("Government") for the
Section 8 Existing Voucher Program; and,
WHEREAS, the Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher ACC consists of the
following counterparts:
(a) Part I of the ACC, HUD-52520D (6/85) applicable to
the Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program;
(b) Part II of the ACC, HUD-52530E (6/85) applicable to
both the Section 8 Existing Certificate and Voucher
Programs:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing
Authority of the County of Contra Costa, as follows:
1. The amended Part I, Exhibit I and Part II of the ACC for the
Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program are hereby approved and
accepted. The Chairman or Acting Chairman is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the counterparts of the ACC on behalf of the
PHA, and the Secretary is hereby authorized to impress the official
seal of the PHA on each such counterpart and to forward such
executed counterparts to the Government together with such other
documents evidencing the approval and authorizing the execution of
as may be required by the Government.
2. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

Powers .
