The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
In conjunction with the development of an automobile dealership lease on
Buchanan Field Airport at the southwest corner of Marsh Drive and Solano Way, the City
of Concord has required the County to dedicate additional right of way for the future
improvement of said roads. The real property proposed for the dedication is described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Said property is no longer necessary for County
purposes and its estimated value does not exceed $10,000.00.
This Board hereby APPROVES the conveyance of an Offer of Dedication to the
City of Concord, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5 and the Board Chairman is
AUIMRIZED to execute said Offer of Dedication on behalf of the County.
The Public Works Department, Real Property Division, is DIRECTED to deliver
the Offer of Dedication to the City of Concord-I.

Parcel A
A portion of the Rancho Monte Del Diablo situated in the County of Contra
Costa, State of California, being a portion of Parcel One as that parcel of
land is described in the deed to Contra Costa County recorded August 21,
1958 in Book 3215 of Official Records at page 100, records of said County,
described as follows:
Commencing at the most westerly corner of Flood Control Parcel No. 395
described as Parcel Three in the deed to Contra Costa County Flood Control
and Water Conservation District recorded August 6, 1968 in Book 5682 of
Official Records at page 356, records of said County; thence along the
northerly line of said Parcel Three south 760 29' 10" east 185.01 feet;
thence continuing along said line north 130 30' 50" east 3.00 feet; thence
continuing along said line south 760 29' 10" east 267.76 feet to the true
Point of Beginning for the herein described parcel of land; thence leaving
said true Point of Beginning north 110 48' 35" east 82.34 feet; thence
northerly along the arc of a tangent curve concave to the west, having a
radius of 2,310.84 feet, through a central angle of 80 0010311, a distance of
322.69 feet to a point of cusp on the westerly line of Solano Way; thence
south 30 12' 46" west 409.74 feet along the said westerly line of Solano Way
to a point on the northerly line of said Flood Control Parcel No. 395 (5682
OR 356) ; thence along said line north 760 29' 10" west 38.77 feet to the
true Point of Beginning.
Containing an area of 5,679 square feet of land, more or less.

Costa, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at the most northerly corner of Flood Control Parcel No. 391,
described as Parcel One in the deed to the Contra Costa County Flood Control
and Water Conservation District recorded August 6, 1968 in Book 5682 of
Official Records at page 356, records of said County, said Point of
Commencement being at the southerly line of Marsh Drive and being further
described as bearing north 270 12' 37" west 194.66 feet from the standard
Flood Control District Monument No. 6818 marking a point on the easterly
right of way line of said Flood Control Parcel (5682 OR 356) ; thence along
said southerly line of Marsh Drive north 670 42' 20" east 119.94 feet to the
true Point of Beginning for the herein described parcel of land; thence
along the arc of a curve concave to the south, having a radius of 470.00
feet through a central angle of 370 25' 2211, a distance of 306.98 feet to
the beginning of a reverse curve of concave to the northeast having a radius
of 530.00 feet, through a central angle of 310 43' 5211, a distance of 293.52
feet to the beginning of a reverse curve concave to the southwest having a
radius of 20.00 feet through a central angle of 960 05' 3711, a distance of
33.54 feet to the beginning of a compound curve the center of which bears
north 860 46" 14" west having a radius of 2,310.84 feet through a central
angle of 00 34' 4611, a distance of 23.37 feet to a point of cusp; thence
northerly along the arc of a curve having a radius of 30.00 feet, through a
central angle of 950 25' 12" a distance of 49.96 feet to the beginning of a
reverse curve concave to the north, having a radius of 542.00 feet, through
a central angle of 190 29' 00" a distance of 184.31 feet to the beginning of
a compound curve concave to the north having a radius of 500.00 feet,
through a central angle of 120 17' 00" a distance of 107.19 feet to the
beginning of a reverse curve concave to the south, having a radius of 473.40
feet through a central angle of 360 19' 07" a distance of 300.08 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
Containing an area of 5,734 square feet of land, more or less.
