RESOLUTION OF PRELIMINARY APPROVAL AND
SUBSTITUTION OF AMENDED ENGINEER'S REPORT
EAST BATES AVENUE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO . 1984-2
1. On January 7, 1986, Isakson & Associates Inc. , Engineer of
Work for East Bates Avenue Assessment District No. 1984-2,
Contra Costa County, California, submitted to this Board an
Engineer ' s Report for improvements in this assessment district.
The Board gave preliminary approval to the report and set a
hearing on the report for March 11, 1986.
2. Subsequently, the Engineer of Work made revisions
to this report and has submitted an Amended Engineer ' s Report to
this Board .
3. The Board of Supervisors hereby gives preliminary
approval to the Amended Engineer ' s Report and directs that the
Amended Report be substituted for the original report. The
public hearing on March 11, 1986, shall be based on the Amended
Engineer ' s Report and all property owners shall be so notified
in the manner required by law.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Contra Costa, State of California, at a regular
meeting thereof , held on the 28th day of January, 1986 .
