Concord. ) (Government Code Section 25363) The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: The Board DETERMINES that the property consisting of 3,200 square feet in Building F at George Miller, Jr. Memorial Center, 3020 Grant Street, Concord, is not required for public use at this time and DECLARES its intention to lease said property under the terms and conditions of the proposed form of Lease filed in the office of the Clerk of the Board. The Notice of Intention to Lease Real Property is hereby APPROVED and this Board SETS Thursday, January 16, 1986, at 10:00 a.m. , at 255 Glacier Drive, Martinez, as the time and place where sealed bid proposals shall be opened and declared prior to call for oral bids. The Clerk of this Board is hereby DIRECTED to have certified copies of this Resolution posted in three (3) public places in the County not less than five (5) days prior to the date of the bid opening, pursuant to Government Code Section 25363. The Board further DETERMINES that the proposed lease of this property is considered exempt from Environmental Impact Report requirements, and DIRECTS the Director of Community Development to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEASE REAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County has, on January 7, 1986, adopted Resolution No. 86/4 declaring its intention to lease 3,200 square feet of classroom space in Building F at G ge Miller, Jr. Memorial Center, 3020 Grant Street, Concord. Notice is hereby given that it is proposed to lease said premises under the terms and conditions of the form of Lease on file in the office of the Board Clerk to the highest bidder on the rent; that the minimum bid is $1 ,706.00 in rent per month; that the use must be for preschool/day care purposes; and that Thursday, January 16, 1986, at 10:00 a.m. , in the Lease Management office at 255 Glacier Drive, Martinez, California, has been fixed as the time and place when sealed bids will be received and considered. The building will be leased as is and the Lessee assumes all risks and responsibilities. The County reserves. the right to reject any and all bids received.
