THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the
improvements in Subdivision 6390 have been completed as provided in the
Subdivision Agreement with Albert D. Seeno Construction Company heretofore
approved by this Board in conjunction with the filinq of the Subdivision
Map; and
The Public Works Department having notified this Board that
these improvements have been completed with the exception of Cypress Road
widening for which a $22,820 non-refundable cash deposit (Auditor's
Deposit Permit No. 86227, dated November 27, 1984) was made by A. D. Seeno
Construction Company to fulfill their obligations for the above road
widening.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period
for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Aqreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described roads,
as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 6390
filed May 15, 1984, in Book 279 of Maps at Page 10, Official Records of
Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be
County Roads.

Construction Company be RETAINED for one .year pursuant to the requirements
of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.

RESOLUTIUN NO. 84/720
The Public Works Director reported that the developer had
intended to construct improvements on Cypress Road for which he would have
been entitled to receive a credit of required contributions as stated in
the conditions of approval for this subdivision. The developer has since
advised the Public Works Director that he is unable to construct those
improvements and the Public Works Director now recommends that the $380
reimbursement credit for the 107 lots of this subdivision that was approved
by the Board on Resolution No. 84/271 dated May 8, 1984 be rescinded and
that the $1,300 fee as originally required by conditions of approval 9.H.2
be reinstated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the recommendations of the Public
Works Director is APPROVED.
