SUBJECT: Amending _Resolution 83/1008 ) Regarding General Assistance ) RESOLUTION NO. 84/641 Standards.of Aid and Care ) The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES THAT: In accordance with California Welfare and Institutions Code, Sections 17000 et seq. , Resolution No. 79/88 and Resolution No . 79/446 and subsequent amendments thereto, the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors has adopted Resolution No. 83/1008 which establishes standards of aid and care for the indigent and dependent poor of the County. On August 13, 1984, the Finance Committee submitted to the Board its recommendations on the proposed County budget for fiscal year 1984-1985, including the recommendation that a 5.6% increase for General Assistance cases be approved by the Board. The recommendation of the Finance. Committee regarding an increase for General Assistance cases having been considered by the Board, Resolution No. 83/1008, Part I, items C. , 2.a. , and 2.b. , are amended to read as follows, effective November 1, 1984: C.
