RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENT NO. 22
Assessment District No. 1981-1, San Ramon Valley Boulevard
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa
resolves:
1. On July 26, 1983, the Board of Supervisors levied an
assessment for street and utility improvements in Assessment District
No. 1981-1, San Ramon Valley Boulevard, Contra Costa County, Calif-
ornia. Included in that assessment was Assessment Parcel No. 22, owned
by Vesko Properties, a general partnership, and assessed in the
amount of $31,199 .73.
2. After the levy of this assessment Vesko Properties elected
to receive payment in cash for the acquisition of a portion of its
land for street and utility right-of-way purposes in lieu of a dedica-
tion of land.
3. Vesko Properties has executed and filed with the Clerk
of this Board a written consent to increase Assessment No. 22 from
$31,199.73 to $47,254.73, an increase of $16,055.00, representing
the agreed price for the purchase of right-of-way.
4. In accordance with this consent, and under the authority
provided by Chapter 4.5 of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, the
Board of Superviwors hereby increases Assessment No. 22 to $47,254.73.
The County Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file a Notice
of Amended Assessment with the County Recorder to reflect this change.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board. of Supervisors of the County of
Contra Costa, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof,
held on the 31st day of January, 1984 .
