SUBJECT: Declaring County Property
Surplus, Blum Road Corporation
Yard Site, Martinez Area
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
The Board hereby determines that the following parcels of land are surplus
to County needs: Assessors Parcels No. 159-150-001, 159-150-041, and 159-140-047.
Said properties comprise approximately 30 acres and are located northerly and easterly
of the intersection of Blum Road and Imhoff Road, Martinez Area.
The Public Works Director is authorized to initiate those procedures required
by law.to dispose of said property.
