TAX COLLECTOR'S MEMO:
WHEREAS, due to a clerical error, payment having been timely received was not
timely processed, which resulted in delinquent penalty charge thereto; and so
I now request pursuant to Sections 4985 and 4986 (a) (2) of the Revenue and Taxation
Code, State of California, that the delinquent penalties and recording fees where
applicable that have accrued due to inability to complete valid procedures be canceled
on the below listed bills and appearing on the Unsecured Assessment Roll.
