The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improve-
ments in Subdivision 5839 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision
Agreement with A. D. Seeno Construction Company heretofore approved by this
Board in conjunction with the filing .of the Subdivision Map; and
The Public Works Department having also notified this Board that these
improvements have been completed with the exception of minor deficiencies, for
which a $500 cash deposit (Auditor' s Deposit Permit No. 72291, dated November
17, 1983 ) was made by A. D. Seeno Construction Company to insure correction
of concrete sidewalk;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing of
liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described roads, as shown
and dedicated for public use on the final map of Subdivision 5839 filed May
28, 1981, in Book 252 of Maps at page 21, Official Records of Contra Costa County,
State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County Roads.
