WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board requests
tor. correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having been consented
to by the D4gtrr-iet--AAto-rrre,5�-; County Counsel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized to correct the following assessments:
For the Fiscal Year 190ZQ- 19021
It has been ascertained by audit of the assessee' s records
that the assessees omitted to report the cost of personal property
accurately to the extent that this omission caused the assessor not
to assess the property or to assess it at a lower valuation than he
would have entered upon the roll were the cost reported accurately;
therefore, that portion of the property as to which the cost was
inaccurately reported should 'be entered on the roll as escaped
property in accordance with Section 531.3 -and 532 of the California
Revenue and Taxation Code, together with interest on taxes in
accordance with Section 506, as follows :
In Code Area 85093, Pcl. No. 408-082-001, Kawneer Co.., Inc.
should have entered the following escaped assessments :
For the' year 1967-68 C/A 85093 Personal Property :$47,270
For the year 1968-69 C/A 85093 Personal Property $30,280
For the year 1969-70 C/A 85093 Personal Property X27,590
Assessee has waived equalization hearing.
FURTHER, it has been ascertained by the assessor from an
audit of the assessee' s books of account or other papers that there
has been a defect or defects of description or clerical error of
the assessee in his property statement and/or in other information
or records furnished to the assessor which caused the assessor to
