WHEREAS, the County Assessor having ,filed with this Board requests
for correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having been consented
to by the District Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
aathorized to correct the following assessments*
For the Fiscal Year 196-6 p 196-7
It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and from
papers in the assessor's office what was intended and shat shoo--id
have been assessed; and., therefore, pursuant to the Revenue and
Taxation. Cede, Section 4831, the following defects in description
and/car clerical errors of the assessor on the roll should be cor-
rected.; and., -further, pursuan 4 to Section 531, properties as de-
scribed herein which escaped assessment through such clerical
error should be added to the assessment rola
In Code area 86006, Parcel No. 96-070-00.5, :should be added
to the .1966-67 assessment roll as an escaped assessment as through
clerical error this parcel which was for-merly assessed by the State
Board of Equalization was not picked up on the local assessment roltl
when the State Board of Equalization sent through the change notice.
This parcel should, read as follows: Assessee: Santa. Fe Land Im-
provement Company, 121 Fast 6th. Street, Spite 305, Los ,Angeles,
Cali.forn.ia, 90'01.4; Description: Ilor Swamp & Overflow Lands L,oca-
tion No. 3471, 7.38 acres, Value: Land $1060; Total. $1060. The
assessee has been notified. of right to appeal. before the Board.
