T. Strom- Oakburn Company Annexa- tion) . REPORT APPROVING AS DEFINITE AND CERTAIN, BOUNDARIES OF TERRITORY PROPOSED TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF CONCORD WHEREAS, it is proposed that the hereinafter described real property be annexed to the City of Concord, a municipal corporation of the sixth class and WHEREAS, the Boundary Commission of the County of Contra Costa, pursuant to the authority vested in it by law, has examined the boundaries of said proposal with respect to the definiteness and certainty thereof; and WHEREAS, said proposed boundaries are found to be definite and certain; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said boundaries be, and they are hereby APPROVED and the Clerk of the Boundary Commission is directed to report to the proponents of said pro- posal the approval thereof.
