SUBJECT; Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be
held in accordance with the parameters as set forth in the
attached announcement.
At 1:30 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session in
Room 105 of the County Administration- Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez. The following Board members attended the closed
session:
Supervisor Sunne W. McPeak,' Chair
Supervisor Tom Powers
Supervisor Nancy C. Fanden '.
Supervisor Robert I. Schroder
Supervisor Tom Torlakson
At 2:00 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.

CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - November 10, 1987
(Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities)
A-1. This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal.
B-1. This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code S 54956.9, subdivision:
(c) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation.
C-1. This Board will hold closed session concerning litigation
pursuant to Government Code S 54956.9, subdivision (a) :
1. Donald G. Sherwood, et al. v. C.C.C. et al.
